Доброго времени суток! Столкнулся с проблемой - не получаю письма от отправителей с одного домена. Не могу понять с какой стороны эта проблема возникает. От меня им письма доходят, на сервере отключена проверка SPF, домен отправителя помечается как не спам. Ниже логи с моего сервера и отбивка, которая приходит отправителю(имена и адреса изменены

где 10,1,1,1 - один из серверов пересылки отправителя.

Правильно ли я понимаю, что процесс рубится на этапе пересылки первому серверу (10.1.1.1), т.к. mx02.senderdomain.ru: domain of
[email protected] is inclined to not designate
10.1.1.1 as permitted sender?
Буду признателен за помощь в разрешении этой проблемы.
PS. С отправителем общаюсь через личную почту на google, и при попытке переслать на свой сервак письмо с отбивкой вылетает тот же реджект в логах.
