попробуйте скачать и обновиться по локалке - мало ли какие глюки с автообновлением на время расследования Synolocker-гейта.
PS если не лень - напишите на техподдержку, возможно Вам сначала надо промежуточный релиз накатить.

For the connection failed issue, we have the following suggestion:
1. Please configure one valid and public DNS for your DiskStation in DSM > Network > General, like the Google one 8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4 ( 208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220 if you are in China )
2. It is possible the function [Firewall] or [Auto Block] of Synology NAS is blocking your accessing. To release the rules of [Firewall] , suppose now you still could access DSM GUI, you could go to DSM > Control Panel > Firewall > Uncheck all rules and click save.
If still to no avail, please send us a copy of your kernel log, the instructions have been mentioned in below. The Kernel log is a technical log file which can give us more technical information about your system:
[DSM5.0]
1. Log into the DiskStation Manager as admin.
2. Go to Support Center > Support Services > Log Generation > Select System and other services > Apply and the log will be generated to your local computer.
