Please update both your Cloud Station package and client to the latest versions 3109 if you haven't already.

If still not working, are you connecting via QuickConnect ID? Hostname? IP? Try another method to narrow down the issues.
Are there any read-only files?
Please note the following for READ-ONLY files sync:
1. Cloud Station needs both read and write permissions to shared folder to perform two-way shared folder sync.
2. Otherwise with only read permission, Cloud Station will perform read-only sync.(From DS to PC client, and not the other way around) which might be what you are experiencing. It would be indicated by a blue icon with white pencil through it.
If there is no read-only file that is causing this issue, please also note the following from Cloud Station client help file:
Files will not be synced by Cloud Station under the following circumstances:
The file size is larger than 10 GB.
The folder or file path contains the following characters:
*: ? \ / " < > |
The file type is any of the following:
.tmp .temp .swp .lnk
The file name starts with any of the following:
._ ~
The file name is or contains any of the following:
.ds_store desktop.ini @eadir thumbs.db
The folder is named #recycle.
The folder or file path is longer than 247 characters.
The file name is longer than 255 characters.
Also make sure you haven't set any limitations on your files/folders under Selective Sync options: Cloud Station client > Sharing > Settings icon of folder > Advanced.
