Вообщето я имел в виду не набор примочек (в принципе у меня тоже схема из нескольких балалаек собрана), а поднять фунции Linux-а. Т.е. подключил ADSL или USB-карточку и работает, а подключен ли комп или свич и хочет ли через них кто-нибудь ходить в инет через канал DiskStation без разницы (iptables). Воткнул Wi-Fi свисток - и вот тебе точка доступа домашней сети(bridge-utils). И т.д.
А функции busybox (базовые функции типа command.com в DOS-е) тоже наверное не зря придумывают:
